1. Returns Eligibility & Conditions

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s)

Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

In its original condition with all tags attached.

Packaged in the original brand packaging or a secure alternative.

Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error:

Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Customized or personalized items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return

Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item with the signed invoice or order confirmation. Write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
.

Keep Tracking Info: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit
.
3. Refunds (Change of Mind)

If the return is due to a change of mind, we will refund 85% of the item's price to your original payment method.

The retained 15% covers payment processing fees, quality control, and repacking costs. This fee is capped at a maximum of $9 per return

The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video

In such cases, we will cover the full return shipping cost and issue a 100% refund (including original shipping costs) or arrange for a replacement at your request.
5. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions

After approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment processor

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same style, subject to availability. The process is the same as a return. The new item will be shipped to you once the original item is received and processed at our warehouse

For exchanges to a different style, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order.
7. International Customers: Important Notes

Customs Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred upon delivery in your country are the customer's responsibility. If a package is refused due to these charges, we cannot issue a refund for the purchase

Shipping Carrier: We require that our international customers ship returns through USPS or a similar national postal service for customs clarity. Returns sent with "C.O.D." (Cash on Delivery) will be refused
